Privacy Policy

For visitors of the trackless.cz website · effective from 19 July 2026 · version 1.2

This policy describes how we handle the personal data of visitors to the trackless.cz website and of people who contact us through the contact form. It covers the Trackless website and your communication with us. It does not cover the analytics data that our customers (operators of e-shops and websites) send into the Trackless service - that is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA); see the "Roles: controller versus processor" section below.

Who is the controller

The data controller is Dominik Ulrich, Company ID 74729381, VAT ID CZ9005173595, registered office K Blahobytu 1699, 530 02 Pardubice, Czech Republic, a natural person doing business under the OpenServis and Trackless brands. For any privacy matters you can reach us at info@trackless.cz.

What visitor data we process

For visitors of trackless.cz we process only what is necessary to handle your enquiry and to run the website securely.

Contact form

When you write to us through the contact form, we process the data you fill in:

  • name (optional), e-mail, phone (optional) and the message text;
  • purpose: handling your enquiry, replying and follow-up communication;
  • legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry;
  • retention: for the time needed to handle the enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up on earlier communication.

The form content reaches us by e-mail at info@trackless.cz, with your e-mail set as the reply address (Reply-To). We do not store form data in any database and do not use it to send marketing messages. The forms are also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile; when a form is displayed or submitted, Cloudflare may process technical browser and device data solely to distinguish a person from automated traffic.

Server logs

When you visit the website, ordinary server logs may temporarily record your IP address, browser identification (user-agent), the requested address and the time of access. These records serve to ensure the operation, stability and security of the website (for example, to detect attacks). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting and running the site; we keep the logs only for as long as necessary.

Cookies and traffic measurement

The trackless.cz website does not use analytics cookies for traffic measurement or advertising measurement cookies. We measure our own traffic cookieless through the Trackless service - measurement runs on the server, stores no traffic-measurement identifier in your browser, and may use the IP address and server geo headers while handling the request to create the daily fingerprint, protect the endpoint and determine the country. The raw IP address is not stored in analytics data in its original form. For daily visit recognition we use a daily rotating visitor fingerprint; for attribution we use only a separate salted hash of the IP address. When a visitor opens a partner referral link (?ref=...), the website may store a first-party tl_ref cookie for 90 days. It is used only to attribute a referral bonus or commission if the visitor later registers; it is HttpOnly and contains no personal data or traffic-measurement identifier. We also use technically necessary elements required for the pages and public-form protection, including Cloudflare Turnstile; this is not analytics or advertising measurement.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. To run the website and handle your message we use trusted processors:

  • server and hosting infrastructure - provided by Hetzner Online GmbH; data and operational backups are stored on servers in Germany within the EU;
  • CDN for static files - for example jsDelivr for delivering common public libraries;
  • e-mail infrastructure operated under the OpenServis brand, used to deliver our reply and receive your form message;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile - public-form abuse protection, without advertising measurement.

We process the data primarily within the European Union. Cloudflare Turnstile may involve processing outside the EU/EEA; such processing relies on appropriate contractual and legal mechanisms under the GDPR. Otherwise, we do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA unless required by law or by performance of a contract.

Roles: controller versus processor

It is important to distinguish two situations. For the data of trackless.cz visitors and for contact-form messages we are the controller, governed by this policy. By contrast, for the analytics data that our customers (operators of e-shops and websites) send into the Trackless service, the customer is the controller and Trackless acts as the processor; that processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This page concerns only visitors of the trackless.cz website and the contact form.

Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have, in particular, the following rights under the GDPR:

  • the right of access to the data and to a copy of it;
  • the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
  • the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • the right to restriction of processing;
  • the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You can exercise your rights at info@trackless.cz. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz).

Effectiveness and changes

This policy is effective from 19 July 2026 (version 1.2). We may reasonably update it over time, especially when the way we run the website, the tools we use, or the applicable law change. The current version is always available on this page.
