How to measure a Nody store

Trackless is cookieless analytics for e-commerce. It stores no own measurement identifier or analytics cookies in the visitor's browser. Because this connection runs through a browser snippet, assess the legal basis, cookie banner and whether the snippet should be gated by consent against the full site setup. On Nody, you paste a single line of code into the header and visits and completed orders are measured automatically. Your data stays on our server in the EU, and the first 30 days are free.

What to expect on Nody
  • Trackless stores no own analytics cookies or measurement identifier, but this connection runs through a browser snippet. Assess the legal basis, cookie banner and whether the snippet should be gated by consent against the full site setup.
  • Blocking: the snippet runs in the browser - aggressive blocking of measurement scripts may cause some visits or orders to be missed.
  • What it measures: visits and completed orders automatically from the Nody purchase signal and order summary.

How it works

  • The snippet runs in the browser, so aggressive blocking of measurement scripts may cause some visits or orders to be missed.
  • One line of code. You paste it into the site header once. No second order-confirmation snippet is needed.
  • Orders automatically. Only on a recognised Nody site, Trackless processes Nody's built-in purchase signal and data from the order summary.

Step 1: Get your tracking snippet

Sign up at trackless.cz, log in and click Add site under My sites. Choose Nody and Trackless will show you the ready-made tracking snippet with your token. Use the Copy button to put it on your clipboard.

Step 2: Paste the snippet into the Nody header

In the Nody administration, open Vzhled -> Šablony -> HTML (Appearance -> Templates -> HTML). Paste the tracking snippet into Hlavička (před koncem tagu HEAD) (Header, before the closing HEAD tag) and save the changes.

<script async src="https://c.trackless.cz/t.js?v=20260825" data-token="VAS_MERICI_TOKEN"></script>

Paste the snippet only once into the site-wide header. You do not need the completed-order field or a separate conversion snippet for Trackless.

Step 3: Orders are measured automatically

On its order-confirmation page, Nody emits a purchase signal. Trackless first verifies that the page really belongs to the Nody platform, then processes the order number, currency, product value excluding VAT and the available shipping data. It reads the total including VAT and product totals from the order summary. Reloading the same completed order does not duplicate it in Trackless.

If the signal or a required value is missing, Trackless does not submit the order. The store and its confirmation page continue to work normally.

Step 4: Verify a visit and one order

Open your store in a private browser window, browse a few pages and complete one test order. Watch the live diagnostics and then the dashboard in Trackless: both the visit and the order should appear with the correct number, currency and total. If they do not, check that the snippet is saved under Hlavička (před koncem tagu HEAD) and that no browser extension or privacy setting is blocking it.

What you will measure

  • Visits and page views without an own analytics identifier in the browser.
  • Sources and channels: UTM parameters, referrers and Google Analytics 4 style channels - including visits from AI assistants.
  • Devices, browsers and operating systems.
  • Countries and languages of your visitors.
  • Completed orders as conversions - automatically, including the order number, currency, total including VAT and the available split between products and shipping.

Limits, so you know what you are getting into

  • This is browser-based measurement. Aggressive blocking of external measurement scripts may cause some visits or orders to be missed.
  • The order is stored as browser_unverified: it appears in normal order, revenue and conversion analytics, but is excluded from billing and the pricing band.
  • In the browser, Nody does not provide a reliable exact split between values excluding and including VAT for shipping and any fees. This connection also does not store order line items, margins or later refunds. Data at that level of detail and with retrospective verification requires a server-side or API connection.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need visitor consent or a cookie banner because of Trackless?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Trackless stores no own measurement identifier or analytics cookies in the browser, but this connection runs through a browser snippet. Assess the legal basis, cookie banner and whether the snippet should be gated by consent against the full site setup and the other tools you run.

Will the tracking snippet slow my store down?

No. The script is small and loads asynchronously through the async attribute, so it does not block page rendering. If it fails to load, the store continues as if the snippet were not there.

Can I use Trackless alongside Google Analytics 4?

Yes. Trackless only reads the Nody purchase signal and does not change it. If you use Google Analytics 4, it can run alongside Trackless according to your Nody setup.

How much does Trackless cost?

The first 30 days are free. The pricing band is then based only on server-verified orders and revenue (server_verified); browser-unverified orders (browser_unverified) from this connection do not increase it. See the pricing for exact amounts.

Your site says "no JavaScript" - and this is JavaScript. How does that fit together?

Our server-side modules for open platforms measure directly on the store server without our own measurement JavaScript. Nody is a hosted platform, so the available route here is a browser snippet. It stores no own analytics cookies or measurement identifier, but the legal assessment and any consent gating depend on the specific deployment.
