Trackless Partner Program Terms

Art. I - Operator and program

Operator: Dominik Ulrich (operator of the Trackless.cz service), Company ID 74729381, VAT ID CZ9005173595, registered office K Blahobytu 1699, 530 02 Pardubice, Czech Republic, e-mail info@trackless.cz (the "Operator"). Full identification is provided in the Trackless terms of service.

The partner program lets existing and new users recommend Trackless to other people through a personal referral link and earn both a cash commission and a bonus of free days. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. These rules supplement the Trackless terms of service; in case of conflict, these rules prevail for matters of the program.

Art. II - Definitions

• Partner - a user with a Trackless account who shares a referral link.
• Referred customer - a person who registers through a Partner referral link and becomes a Trackless user.
• Referral link - the personal Partner link in the form trackless.cz/?ref=... available in the dashboard under Partner program.
• Commission - a one-time cash reward for a Partner for a referred paying customer.
• Referral bonus - a bonus of free days added to a plan.

Art. III - Participation

Every user with a Trackless account automatically receives a referral link, found in the dashboard under Partner program. The Partner shares the link under their own name, truthfully and in line with the law and good practice. A person who is not a paying Trackless customer may also be a Partner.

In particular, the Partner must not share the link through unsolicited messages (spam), misleading advertising, unauthorised use of third-party trademarks, or paid search advertising on the "Trackless" brand, and must not place it on content that infringes the rights of third parties. A breach may lead to removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid claims.

Art. IV - Referral bonus (free days)

If a referred customer registers through a referral link and confirms the e-mail address, that customer receives 30 free days added to the trial or paid period.

The Partner receives 30 free days on their own plan after the referred customer pays the first invoice. If the Partner has no paid account of their own, the free-day bonus does not apply; this does not affect the right to the cash commission.

Art. V - Affiliate commission

For each referred customer who pays the first regular invoice for a paid Trackless plan, the Partner is entitled to a one-time commission in the amount stated in the partner program in the dashboard. The commission is one-time - it arises at most once per referred customer, regardless of the number of further periods or payments.

The commission arises when payment of the first invoice of the referred customer is credited and is recorded with the status "pending approval". The Operator reviews and approves it; once approved, it awaits payout. The commission currency follows the billing currency of the Partner (CZK or EUR).

Art. VI - Attribution and exclusions

• A referral is recorded through the tl_ref cookie stored when the referral link is visited, valid for 90 days; the first recorded link applies (first-touch).
• A claim arises only if the referred customer account was demonstrably attributed to the Partner at registration in this way.
• Self-rewarding (registering an account or e-mail belonging to the Partner) and creating contrived, fictitious or duplicate registrations are not allowed.
• At most one commission and one referral bonus per referred account apply for the Partner.
• No commission or bonus arises from accounts created by the Operator or from accounts without a duly paid invoice.

Art. VII - Payout of commissions

The Operator pays out approved commissions once their total reaches the minimum payout amount stated in the partner program. For payout, the Partner enters the bank account for sending the commission in the dashboard.

The commission is remuneration for referral services and the Partner invoices it to the Operator. The approved commission is the final amount payable. If the Partner is required to apply VAT to the commission, the Partner issues the tax document so that the total amount including VAT equals the approved commission. If VAT is not applied, the Partner invoices the approved commission as the amount payable. The invoice due date is 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

The Partner settles any taxes and levies related to the received commission. The Operator is not responsible for the tax obligations of the Partner.

Art. VIII - Cancellation and abuse

If the invoice from which a commission arose is cancelled, credited or refunded, or if the referred customer does not duly pay the first invoice, the commission and the related referral bonus lapse; the Operator may set off any amount already paid against further claims of the Partner or request its return.

If program abuse is suspected (in particular fictitious registrations, attribution manipulation or a breach of Art. III), the Operator may suspend or reject payout, remove the Partner from the program and cancel any unpaid claims.

Art. IX - Changes and final provisions

The Operator may change or end the program rules, the commission and bonus amounts, and the program itself at any time. Claims that arose and were approved before a change takes effect or before the program ends remain valid and will be settled under the previous rules.

The partner program relationship is concluded between entrepreneurs and is governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code. These rules are effective from the date stated above.
